About Us

About Our Company

Medolab Science & Instruments Pvt. Ltd was established in the year 2013 for Sale & Service on Medical and Laboratory Equipment. Earlier it was named Lab Science & Instruments (established year2011) was dealing Sales and Service of Medical and Laboratory Instruments mainly at Govt. Houses & Institutions.

Having strong Industrial knowledge and engineers on hand, it started running Services as Non Destructive Test and Third Party Inspection being amendment on its MOA in the year 2015. We have already bagged some big W.O and some of these have successfully completed and some are running. In coming Years, we have a plan for a vast expansion on NDT and Third Party Inspection

About Our Works

NDT

Nondestructive testing (NDT) is the process of inspecting, testing, or evaluating materials, components or assemblies for discontinuities, or differences in characteristics without destroying the serviceability of the part or system. In other words, when the inspection or test is completed the part can still be used.

It should be noted that while the medical field uses many of the same processes, the term "nondestructive testing" is generally not used to describe medical applications.

These destructive tests are often used to determine the physical properties of materials such as impact resistance, ductility, yield and ultimate tensile strength, fracture toughness and fatigue strength, but discontinuities and differences in material characteristics are more effectively found by NDT.

In contrast to NDT, other tests are destructive in nature and are therefore done on a limited number of samples, rather than on the materials, components or assemblies actually being put into service.

Test method names often refer to the type of penetrating medium or the equipment used to perform that test. Current NDT methods are: Acoustic Emission Testing (AE), Electromagnetic Testing (ET), Guided Wave Testing (GW), Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Laser Testing Methods (LM), Leak Testing (LT), Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL), Microwave Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Neutron Radiographic Testing (NR) , Radiographic Testing (RT), Thermal/Infrared Testing (IR), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Vibration Analysis (VA) and Visual Testing (VT).

MEDICAL

A medical device is any instrument, apparatus, appliance, software, material or other article, whether used alone or in combination, including the software intended by its manufacturer to be used specifically for diagnostic and/or therapeutic purposes and necessary for its proper application, intended by the manufacturer to be used for human beings.

And for the purpose of:

·Diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, treatment or alleviation of disease;

·Diagnosis, monitoring, treatment, alleviation of or compensation for an injury or handicap;

·Investigation, replacement or modification of the anatomy or of a physiological process;

·Control of conception; and which does not achieve its principal intended action in or on the human body by pharmacological , immunological or metabolic means, but which may be assisted in its function by such means

Medical devices vary according to their intended use and indications. Examples range from simple devices such as tongue depressors, medical thermometers, and disposable gloves to advanced devices such as computers which assist in the conduct of medical testing, implants, and prostheses. The design of medical devices constitutes a major segment of the field of mechanical engineering.

LABORATORY

A laboratory (/ləˈbɒrətəri/ or /ˈlæbərətɔːri/; informally, lab) is a facility that provides controlled conditions in which scientific or technological research, experiments, and measurement may be performed.

Laboratories used for scientific research take many forms because of the differing requirements of specialists in the various fields of science and engineering. A physics laboratory might contain a particle accelerator or vacuum chamber, while a metallurgy laboratory could have apparatus for casting or refining metals or for testing their strength.

A chemist or biologist might use a wet laboratory, while a psychologist's laboratory might be a room with one-way mirrors and hidden cameras in which to observe behavior. In some laboratories, such as those commonly used by computer scientists, computers (sometimes supercomputers) are used for either simulations or the analysis of data collected elsewhere. Scientists in other fields will use still other types of laboratories. Engineers use laboratories as well to design, build, and test technological devices.

OFFICE OUTOMATION

Office automation refers to the varied computer machinery and software used to digitally create, collect, store, manipulate, and relay office information needed for accomplishing basic tasks. Raw data storage, electronic transfer, and the management of electronic business information comprise the basic activities of an office automation system. Office automation helps in optimizing or automating existing office procedures.

The backbone of office automation is a LAN, which allows users to transfer data, mail and even voice across the network. All office functions, including dictation, typing, filing, copying, fax, Telex, microfilm and records management, telephone and telephone switchboard operations, fall into this category. Office automation was a popular term in the 1970s and 1980s as the desktop computer exploded onto the scene.

Advantages are:

Office automation can get many tasks accomplished faster.

It eliminates the need for a large staff.

Less storage is required to store data.

Multiple people can update data simultaneously in the event of changes in schedule
